CYK Hospitalities Expands Culinary Legacy with Central Delhi Partnership

CYK Hospitalities, a key player in F&B consultancy, has partnered with Central Delhi, From The House of Minar, a fine-dining restaurant located at IFC M3M Gurugram. This collaboration blends traditional Indian regional cuisine with modern culinary innovation, creating a refined dining experience.

Central Delhi, From The House of Minar, builds on the legacy of the iconic Minar restaurant in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Since 1970, Minar has been recognized for its authentic Indian flavors. The new venture carries forward this heritage while introducing a modern fine-dining atmosphere.

CYK Hospitalities played a pivotal role in the restaurant’s development, overseeing aspects such as kitchen and store layout, menu design, branding, packaging, and operational execution. Their involvement extended to hiring and training the team, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.

The restaurant’s menu, curated by Chef Aditi Dixit, highlights India’s culinary diversity with signature dishes such as Benaras Tamatar ki Tart, Buratta Nadru ki Chaat, and Central Kala Jamun. These offerings blend traditional recipes with contemporary presentation to cater to evolving tastes.
