Silver Beach Hospitality, which owns brands like Silver Beach Cafe, Nom Nom, Copan and The Treesome cafe, has added another brand, Radio Bar to its portfolio.
Radio Bar, the brand new nightery is Hitesh Keswani’s brain child to bring a casual chic bar to bustling suburbs of Bandra’s Linking Road.
With interiors by Minnie Bhatt, simple decor elements like the superimposed speaker console, microphone lamps, audio tape murals and a shelf full of antique radio sets, summarizes the look and feel of Radio Bar.
The menu at Radio Bar has been composed by ex Marco Pierre White – Chef Rohan D’souza, also known for his gastronomic creations at Silver Beach and The Treesome Café.
The menu offers a global fare created by bonding and binding strong Asian flavours and European staples. Bar bites on skewers, lobster meals and a pizza priced at Rs 4500 highlight the food menu.

And on the music menu, one can expect a varied frequency of genres featuring mainly Commercial - from tech techno, deep and edm to the commercial side and a live percussionists + DJ set on Wednesdays, as well as Bollywood Sufi on Sunday's.
