In today’s era, it’s tough for a professional to take out time from his/her busy routine. From chaotic schedules to indefinite meetings; their days are filled with unexpected events. Moreover, the excruciating heat and pollution tends to deteriorate our body and mind over a period of time.

With the whole world celebrating International Yoga Day with fervor, Lite Bite Foods organized a Chair Yoga session with Yoga Instructor Sujeet Singh for all its employees at its corporate office.

“Chair yoga is the best way to relax from head to toe without the stress of getting out of your chair. This flow is also perfect for those wanting a quick way to stretch your body and relieve tension while at work, without leaving your office chair,” says Sujeet Singh who has been practicing Yoga for almost a decade.
