Copper Chimney, the flagship award winning Indian restaurant, a part of K Hospitality Corp has announced a new big course of expansion internationally.

Established in 1972, Copper Chimney aims to brings its deep and intricate understanding of the nuances of Indian flavours, the daily fresh preparation of all its dishes, and its signature cooking techniques and secret recipes that have passed on from generation to generation, to an international audience.

From being the first single restaurant in India to have an open show kitchen, where freshly prepared handmade rotis were tossed in front of its guests, Copper Chimney has today become a culinary landmark revered by food enthusiasts from across the world

Building on its domestic strategy, where K Hospitality Corp, has operates a mix of company owned and its franchising of select stores/regions to Pan India Food Solutions (owned by Everstone Capital) and CC Fine Foods (co-owned by Mahadevan, Promoter of Oriental Cuisines), K Hospitality Corp has expanded its reach internationally with a prime focus on the MENA region.

With operations starting in FY 2016-17, K Hospitality Corp has through its international subsidiary, signed up a 5 store development deal (first of its kind for an Indian brand) for the UAE with Emirates International Group (Emirates Business Group). The stores will open over a period of 4 years, with 2 stores expected to launch in fiscal. EIG (EBG) s one of the leading holding companies in the UAE with businesses across a broad spectrum of industries including but not limited to agriculture, industry and real estate.

Further, building on its earlier success, Copper Chimney’s franchise partner in Kuwait has already launched 2 highly successful branches of Copper Chimney, and aims to have another 2 stores launched by next year in the Kuwait market.

With over 40+ years of proprietary expertise in Indian cuisine, its ingredients, flavours and cooking techniques, Copper Chimney aims to capture the taste buds of global customers and introduce him to true Indian cuisine at its best.
