D'crepes Cafe opens first outlet in Thane, Mumbai

While many restaurants turning out to be the fast food zones with the fast-paced life of Mumbai, Terry Joy, a young and passionate chef has decided to offer unique crepes and desserts through his newly opened D’crepes Café at Hiranandani Estate, Thane.

D’ Crepes Café offers a selection of savory and sweet crepes along with an array of hot and cold beverages. These crepes are served as breakfast, snack, main course or dessert.

The chef has used fresh vegetables, meat and dairy products to create the dishes at its outlet.

“The love for crepes and all its possibilities is the reason why we have opened our first café location. We strive to provide you with the “Classic Crepes” and features extraordinary sweet and savory delights”, said Terry Joy.

The cafés signatures dish is combined with ingredients from savory Indian Summer Crepe and vegetarian Florentine crepe to the desserts like the Austrian mud pie or Red velvet cupcakes.

In its seasonal offerings the café has mango blush pastry, mango iced tea, mango crumble crepe and blood orange flavored hot tea. 

After graduating in culinary arts from IHM-Aurangabad, Terry went to UK and completed the Grande diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London. He then worked with Claridge’s London as a commie in patisserie department and Hilton London Kensington as a CDP in Grill Section, where he mastered his skills.

Culinary exposure and family support eventually helped him turn his dream into reality by opening his very own café in Thane.
