Balpreet is a seasoned hotelier with over 16 years of culinary experience across some of the most prestigious hospitality brands.
He has worked across the country and this has given him an in-depth understanding of flavours from across the country. He has keen understanding of various traditional and Global cuisines.
His passion and amiable personality took around the globe and finally, Balpreet has made his way back home to India – first to Pondicherry where in the past year he has been instrumental in re-introducing the authentic Pondicherry cuisine through food festivals and now north to the capital where he takes charge of the popular food hall Annamaya at Andaz Delhi.
At the Annamaya, his core responsibility will be to unique and authentic food experiences for a superior guest experience and enhanced customer loyalty while focusing on local artisanal ingredients.
