MOLECULE

Molecule air bar in Delhi’s buzzing Green Park is a newly launched bar and lounge in Delhi. It is not only a place for gastronomic food adventures but also some of the innovative cocktails too. Rooted in traditions with a contemporary flair, Molecule’s diverse collection of dishes and delish drinks are a portrayal of deep enriching Indian flavours with International textures.

 

With a very young and modern vibe, the interior is inspired by science, myth and mystery. It is spread across a bar and restaurant on one floor and a rooftop terrace with a live DJ setup. The theme and décor, is well-lit in blend of colours and global motifs.

The food menu at Molecule explains the finesse and craftsmanship of Chef Anas Qureshi who after travelling the entire world has picked up ingredients focussing on seasonality keeping in mind the preservation of diversity and traditional practices. Giving contemporary twists to old classics, Molecule in Green Park has introduced new flavours with bold and alluring twists.

 

The menu includes dishes like Edible Lava coal dahi ke kebabs (which is their one of the signature dishes), Chat Island, spicy Red Harissa Mushrooms, and Asian Gunpowder Chicken with seven spices, Tawa Masala Chicken sausages, and house special Chilli garlic prawns to name a few. One can enjoy a diverse range of chef specials from Laal Maas Taco, Patharka Ghost served live on table, wood-fired pizzas, appam with mutton sukka, paneer kandhari roulade to desserts like kulfi panna cotta, falooda and chocolate comet crash.

The Drinks at Molecule are made sans preservatives and synthetic syrups. They are home made with combinations inspired from global experiences along with the elements of traditional culture. Konkantini (gin with touch of South Indian flavour Kokum Juice and Keora syrup balanced with lime juice and sugar syrup), Southern tip (Vodka or Gin cocktail with Curry leaves, falsa Syrup, Orange Liqueur and balanced with lime juice), and Litchi Temptation are some of the drinks with a regional touch. Apart from this, they also have brews, malts, wines, LIIT’s, champagne, twisted classic cocktails, mocktails, Gin and Tonic’s, and Sangrias.
