Mr. Gupta has been the driving force behind Jumbo King as it began its journey to brand the Vada Pav on 23rd August 2001. It has a team of people spanning the functional areas of operations, business development, franchisee relations and marketing. The company is the one of the leading food retail company in India in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) segment serving vada pav across India. It has as 43 operational outlets across India and serves 40,000 customers in a day across all its stores. It plans to put up a total of 100 stores by December 2013.

Mr. Gupta has been instrumental in invoking the spirit of teamwork in Jumbo King. The motto that keeps him going is: Teamwork is what makes our business successful!
