Mr. Ajay Kaul, Chief Executive Officer of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., is a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has, in a career spanning 24 years, worked across diverse industries like Credit card, Airline, Express distribution and Logistics and now Food Service.

Ajay started his career with American Express Travel Related Services. From AMEX, he went on to spend 2 years with Modiluft as the General Manager - Sales, Marketing & Customer Service. This was followed by 5 years in TNT India as Country Director – Sales, Marketing & Customer Service, moving on to serve as the Country Head of TNT Express in Indonesia before joining Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (erstwhile Domino’s Pizza India Limited) in 2005.

Under the guidance of Mr. Kaul, the company has had several notable recognitions, some of the awards are: JFL has been featured in the Forbes Asia Magazine’ Best 200 Under A Billion List of Companies, JFL was recognized as "Emerging Company of the Year" by Economic Times, for Corporate Excellence Awards, in 2012, Awarded as the "Most Promising Company of the Year 2012" in the India Business Leader Awards conducted by CNBC TV18. He, himself, has been honored with the E&Y "Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 Award” by Enrst& Young, Coca Cola Golden Spoon Award“Professional of the Year - 2010” by Franchise India, "Most Admired Food Professional - 2009” by India Food Forum, "CEO with HR Orientation" in Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards - 2010 by World HRD Congress, "Star Youth Marketing Award 2009" by Global Youth Marketing Forum
