Pratheek Ponnappa is the founder of Grubitizer, a food blog that was born out of passion towards gastronomy and ventures associated with it. Currently, he is part of a French IT consulting company where he is working on business and data analytics.
His combined interest towards food and photography enhanced his curiosity to know more about the grub culture of Bangalore. Grubitizer covers F&B brands from a marketing perspective, rather than a critic’s point of view. This approach has helped the brands to reach their target audience with minimal effort. He has also been instrumental in assisting new talents to channelize their interests towards the world of blogging.
He plans to implement his learnings from predictive analytics for the betterment of F&B sector by revolutionizing the concept of zero wastage.
