Chef Vijay Anand Bakshi, Corporate Chef at Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd. is an MBA graduate in Hotel Mgmt and completed Hotel Management studies in Bhubaneswar , Orissa in 1991. He has worked with national and international hotel chains like Oberoi Group of Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels (Chennai/ Vizag/ Bangalore), Accor Hotels( Novotel & ibis) and Marriott Hotels. He has also worked with leading restaurant chains like Casa Piccola – Bangalore, Barbeque Nation and Paradise Food Court.

Chef Vijay has contributed towards food styling and photography with various retail and corporate companies like Reliance, Britannia and has been featured on TV in cookery shows for NDTV Metro Nation, NDTV Good Times & Zee Business & Star Plus.
