Bishal Saha is an entrepreneur with an unmatched business acumen and has good knowledge in Food and Hospitality business.

Bishal took over his Father's business post completing his graduation,when Kasturi had only one restaurant in entire Kolkata. However with his vision and systematic planning he has helped his restaurant grow from a single unit to seven units in a time frame of 7 years making it one of the top Bengali restaurant brands in Kolkata.

And being one of the youngest entrepreneur in food business Bishal firmly believes in his vision and ideas and aims to make his brand even larger in future.

Being and ardent foodie Bishal loves to experiment with new recipes and has been successfully in bringing out some of the most successful dishes like Kochupatta chingri bhappa and dak bungalow to name a few.
