Mr. Varun Sudhakar

Head of beverage Innovation & Operations, PizzaExpress

Varun Sudhakar is The Head of beverage Innovation & Operations for The Bandra Project by PizzaExpress. He has over 8 years experience and will be working with Gourmet Investments on building a series of The Project by PizzaExpress.

Varun has a wide variety experience in bartending and beverages whilst working as Diageo Reserve Brand Ambassador West for the Luxury Division. He loves experimenting with new cocktail concoctions & concepts and is currently training bartenders to deliver world class drinks and experiences.

He has won the national Diageo Reserve World Class competition twice in a row as 'India's Best Bartender' in 2013 & 2014. Varun has transitioned from a flair bartender to become one of India's finest mixologists.

He loves travelling, meeting people and finding new opportunities to "Raise the Bar."
