Harsh K. Rai is the CEO & Managing Director of NourishCo Beverages Ltd, a JV between TATA Group and PEPSICO. In his current role he is responsible for bringing to life the Organization Vision of ‘Hydration for a Healthier India’.

Prior to this, he has been with PepsiCo for more than fourteen years in general management, sales and marketing roles across their beverages and snacks business. He has driven sustainable revenue growth by transforming the Go-to-Market to build a Best-in-Class distribution network in the foods category across urban and rural markets. Prior to joining PepsiCo, he has worked with another leading FMCG & IT Major - WIPRO- for five years in various sales and marketing roles. Harsh holds a MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and is a Merit Scholar in Economics. Other than this he loves playing Squash and reading Literature and is associated with furthering Education in a Non-Profit capacity.
