Mr. Farouk has brought in his industry experience, international approachability and creative flair into the global restaurant business, development strategy, supply chain and, operations and culinary background with various leading other brands.

Mr. Farouk specialises in global restaurants operations, sourcing brands for international and domestic clients, positioning brands for international and domestic growth, sourcing franchise partners for expansion, providing outsourcing solutions, providing development strategies, developing brand extensions, assessing concepts, operations and talent.

In addition to the US, he has extensive experience in the Middle East with brands such as Chili’s Grill & Bar, El Chico, Cantina Laredo, III Forks Prime Steakhouse, Silver Fox Steakhouse, Cool River, Champps Americana, and Seattle Best Coffee

Mr. Farouk earned his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with emphasis in culinary arts from the Holding Company of Tourism ‘Egouth’, Alexandria, Egypt.
