In addition to the US, he has extensive experience in the Middle East with brands such as Chili’s Grill & Bar, El Chico, Cantina Laredo, III Forks Prime Steakhouse, Silver Fox Steakhouse, Cool River, Champps Americana, and Seattle Best Coffee

Mr. Farouk earned his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with emphasis in culinary arts from the Holding Company of Tourism ‘Egouth’, Alexandria, Egypt. Mr. Farouk and his family now reside in Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for all aspects of CRO international franchise development and operations.
