The DNA of the restaurant business – as a chain or as a standalone– is the personal and individual experience it brings to its patrons. In its third avatar, the Indian Restaurant Congress 2013 will create a holistic approach on how restaurant brands – both from India and overseas – can capture the imagination and enthusiasm of the consumer to grow rapidly. Deliberations on financial, economic and operating fronts for growth-minded restaurateurs by our exceptional speakers – Restaurant Owners, Professionals, International Experts – will help capitalise on trends, new concepts, changes in consumer tastes, new purchasing strategies even while addressing the Licenses procurement challenges across states and the implementation of the FSSAI Act – a key to Business expansion.

We are privileged to have Mr. Anjan Chatterjee, Chairman of Specialty Restaurants to lead us this year as the Conference Chair. His entrepreneurial journey in the restaurant business – from an Idea to an IPO – will be insightful and inspiring to all in the trade.
